CAT 3 Label Rewinder

Labelmate CAT-3 label rewinders are designed for high-speed and continuous use and are ideal for modern manufacturing environments.

Standard model (6"): for winding labels up to 155 mm (6") long. Equipped as standard with 76mm ribs for rewinding labels on 76mm cores. Optional ribs are available to allow the use of 38mm, 40mm, 44mm, 50mm, 70mm and 100mm cores.

Wide Label Model (10"): similar to the standard model, but with a longer roller to rewind larger labels up to 255mm (10") wide. Equipped as standard with 76mm ribs for rewinding labels on 76mm cores. Optional ribs are available to allow the use of 38mm, 40mm, 44mm, 50mm, 70mm and 100mm cores. Adjustable Core Model (6"): An alternative model with an adjustable holder to accommodate 25mm to 101mm diameter bushings. For winding labels up to 155 mm (6 inches) wide.

1" Core Model: Same as the standard model but with a thinner shaft for wrapping labels on 1" cores. Additional tension arm for even better winding.
