Most of the materials used for the production of printed products are produced in rolls of large lengths and widths. So, on order to manufacture a certain circulation, it is necessary to unwind the required amount of material from a standard roll. In this case, the original roll is rewound into several rolls of smaller diameter and cut to a required format.
Cutting and rewinding of roll materials is carried out on a special machine, which allows unwinding rolls with a maximum diameter of 1000 mm and width of up to 1100 mm, and obtaining new rolls with 800 mm diameter and width of up to 50 mm.
The machine is used to cut the following materials: roll paper, metal foil, polyethylene film, fiberglass paper, nylon, non-woven fabric, etc.
